That’s what the Anchored Leadership Academy is for. You will receive a combination of pre-recorded video training along with live Q&A sessions each week. All modules contain a workbook to support and integrate the material into your business. Kari Lotzien, Business and Leadership Coach will be leading and facilitating all sessions. Combine this with an awesome group of entrepreneurs operating businesses at your level.
In the Anchored Leadership Academy you will receive:
- 10 Pre-recorded video training modules broken into manageable lessons
- Corresponding workbooks to integrate the learning into your life and business.
- Ongoing access to these trainings and workbooks after the 10 week session. You will likely want to go back to them again.
- 11 Weekly Live Training Sessions to support the integration of the video modules. Kari will answer questions and facilitate discussion on key topics from the training.
- All members will receive a recording of the live sessions but are encouraged to attend live if possible.

- It is suggested that participants plan for 2.5-3 hours a week for 10 weeks to optimize learning and implementation of concepts. If participants fall behind they will have access to all modules and lessons after the 10 weeks. This will allow flexibility if you want to spend more time on modules that are currently relevant.
