Anchored Leadership Academy - Fall 2026

This program is designed to cover the key elements of leadership for small business owners. This training is best suited for business owners and leaders have an existing business and have paying clients. You may have started to outsource or have plans to build your teams in the near future.

You are a great fit for this training if:

  • You have an established business that has been operating for a minimum of a year. (Please inquire directly if you would like to be considered and aren't quite here yet.)
  • You are struggling to provide the front line services to your customers while also maintaining the operations of your business (strategy, marketing, networking, hiring and onboarding)
  • You want to build a great team that supports the long term development of the business. This applies to both employee and contract or outsourced roles.
  • You understand the benefit of investing time and energy in developing your own leadership skills. You can see how this will impact the long term success of your business.

  • Each module contains prerecorded online training (approx. one hour per module for 12 sessions), group coaching and worksheets for participants to complete.
  • Participants have one year access to all course materials. It is likely that you will want to return to these again as your business develops and grows.
  • A certificate of completion will be granted.
  • The instructor is available for questions during regular business hours via phone, text or email.
